Near the end of September we got a phone call from Charles saying that we should probably meet the little lady he had been dating. :) We invited them down for a weekend and Jeff, Brittany, and Abbi decided to come up and join the party. Glen even bolted down on his bike to join us for Sunday dinner! Raina is such a nice girl, and it was such a fun family weekend. We enjoyed a BBQ, cutting charles' hair, Women's Conference, Church, games, lots of good food and the end of the summer heat together.

Happy Happy Birthday Tammy, Dear! Happy days will come to you all year! Momma Mo turned the big 50! (Can you tell I slaved for hours over that cake? :)

We decorated the house in black, silver, and "Over the Hill" decor. Unfortunately, we nearly did push her over the hill by awakening her from her nap with a surprise party. Haha, no more surprises!

To top off a wonderful birthday for Tammy, Mindy helped me feed an orphaned baby kitten! One of the highlights of the last 5 years for me. I hope Tina lives, she is so cute! I look forward to the day when we can adopt our own baby kitty!

Mystery solved. Now I know why my man is so awesome: Westside High, Home of the Pirates! Pretty sure it was one of the biggest class reunions in Clifton, Idaho to date with about 23% of the 64 graduates of Westside High Class of 2001 attending. A great example of how great things come in small packages :). It was a lot of fun to tour the building and eat delicious food with friends. Also a major plus from the weekend: Mike and Amber :). Jared and I had fun playing house when the Provo Penrods came to visit the Malad Moyles. How great it is to have family close and even greater to have family that is enjoyable to be with!

Suggestions?

So I am trying to figure out how to arrange this

so it does not look cluttered, but it is still spontaneous? I don't know if you realize this, but because of all the moving pieces there are literally hundreds of options for designs. This was my best attempt, it is a huge dilemma! I may or may not have lost sleep over this :) Haha suggestions are welcomed.

Jared turned 27 in May, and I turned 23 in October (Jared forgot the #3 Candle so I held up my fingers to set the record straight. :) For both birthdays we enjoyed good food and wonderful family on both sides!

What a busy year! We have had so much fun working together, playing together, and enjoying our families together. What a great man I get to spend Eternity with!

Blog!

Well here we are, I believe this means we are officially cool or something? :) I put off blogging as long as I have because I thought it would be a pain to set up, but I must say it was surprisingly easy. And now Jared and I can keep in touch with those friends who are now addicted bloggers. I'm sure I'll be hooked in no time as well :)
